Terms of Service

- All files including .psd and .jpeg are created at 300 ppi. As the designer, Sarah Dawn Designs uses a 1/8 inch cropping border standard and do not include any important information in this border.

- All files including .psd and .jpeg are created with Photoshop CS5. While CS5 is compatible with many earlier versions of Photoshop, Sarah Dawn Designs is not responsible if the file is not compatible with the consumer’s version of Photoshop.

- All .psd files that are downloaded will include all text in a Times New Roman font, allowing the consumer to change to the font of their choice.

- Any files including .psd files are for personal use only. The consumer many not share them with friends or family. They must purchase their own copy. No part of the file including individual layers is to be shared or used for commercial use.

-   Sarah Dawn Designs is solely the designer. The consumer agrees to take responsibility for the printing and any errors that may occur from the printing process. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check with the company they choose to print through regarding crop sizes and where the cropping may occur.

-  The consumer may change colors and fonts once they purchase a .psd file.

-  Knowledge of layers in Photoshop is preferable when purchasing a .psd file. As the designer, Sarah Dawn Designs tries to create most layers so that they may be edited (i.e. change colors and fonts) but does not agree to make all layers this way. Please feel free to contact Sarah Dawn Designs before a .psd file is purchased if there are questions regarding this.

-  All templates are created for a specific size. Thus if a 5 x 7 template is ordered/downloaded it should be printed in a 5 x 7 format. The same goes for all other sizes. Sarah Dawn Designs cannot be held liable for any discrepancies or errors in printing directly related to printing in a different size other than what was intended by the designer.

-  The consumer must own the copyright to all photos uploaded to Sarah Dawn Designs and hereby give their consent for Sarah Dawn Designs to use said photos in any card or announcement ordered by the consumer.

-  It is prohibited to upload any photo/photos to Sarah Dawn Designs that may be deemed inappropriate including but not limited to: any form of pornography, obscenity, or offensive in any matter.

- Due to the variety of sizes offered, all .psd files and .jpegs may vary slightly from the picture shown on the website. Sarah Dawn Designs will however, try to keep them as close as possible.

- Sarah Dawn Designs is not liable for any discrepancies in any file after the initial download. This includes but is not limited to errors in saving a file, saving the file in a different format, incorrectly downloading the file, etc.

- At Sarah Dawn Designs, we will try and keep the turn-around time as quick as possible for those ordering a .jpeg file. Unless notified differently, the finished product will be available to the consumer in no less than one to two weeks after date of purchase. If there are questions about what the current turn-around time is please feel free to contact us.

- If the consumer purchases a .jpeg file they acknowledge that some resolution may be lost in the emailing process. If the consumer wishes they may contact Sarah Dawn Designs about other alternatives such as filing sharing through Dropbox.

- If the consumer chooses to purchase a .jpeg file and wishes to use Dropbox as the means of receiving their template, they are responsible for reading the Terms of Service provided by Dropbox and thus accept all responsibility for anything that may happen to their computer from downloading Dropbox. It is agreed to not hold Sarah Dawn Designs responsible for any errors that may occur.

-  At Sarah Dawn Designs all personal information will be kept private.
